Yea thats right. I heard Obama speak about this, he said "Oklahoma now makes it 28 out of 54 states to challenge the constitutionality of Obamacare, this makes it just over 50% of the states".

It's very telling that now over 50% of the states are challenging Obamacare on constitutional grounds. They recognize the obvious: that it is plainly unconstitutional!

With the House repeal and the states lawsuits, Obamacare is in for a VERY rough time. Repeal and Replace! Defund and Delay. Lot's of monkey wrenches are headed for the gears of the evil machine that is Obamacare.
