Think about this for a second. We have Solyndra which was highlighted by the Odummy regime and given half a billion of our tax dollars only to go belly up. Of course it could have been predicted that they would go belly up.

Now, the administration says they know nothing, yet they have Holder launch a criminal investigation. Why? Nobody is alleging any criminality by Solyndra just that it is a classic case of crony capitalism.

Is it a coincidence that the FBI investigation was timed for the House of Representatives investigation giving the Solyndra execs the pretext for pleading the 5th Amendment because of a "pending FBI investigation".

Of course Holder will undoubtedly come back and say "Yep, no crimes committed" which is all you will hear from the Demalquedacrats to try to drown out legitimate complaints.
