I can honestly say I’m optimistic and hopeful that Scott Briggs is going to bring to Radius what has been needed for a long time. Compassion and Hope. Someone who cares not only about themself, but cares for the employees. Our morale has been at an all time low. Reorgs after reorgs. We have leaders now and in the past who care only about themselves. Leaders in leadership roles they know nothing about. Hired for one thing under one title and next thing you know they’re running other departments they know nothing about. Leaders who are suck ups and bullies (won’t take him long to figure that one out). Hoping to see changes there. Need to clean house. Need to give back responsibility to individuals who had it taken away. Need to bring back the morale. We can only wait and see. I’m hopeful changes will be made.
 












And the changes keep rolling by and then what? Generics and other products pull ahead because they actually had a pipeline and strategy. What will any leader do at this point with this one product basket a male indication and CBD? They sold the specialty cancer drug and stopped w research, the majority of the people left or got laid off and whoever is left, well, my gosh. Why are you optimistic?
 






People, this company has been a joke since day one. Over hired, brought on indivduals who had no idea how to do their jobs and then blamed sales force for lack luster results. Change leadership mutilple times, each time the situation got worse. Stock fell from 70 to 10. I personally lost 7,000.00 dollars. Where in heavens name do you think this company is going. If Lilly could not get attention of the medical commuity to treat aggressive, we certainly could not. Then the last laughable idea, find a product for a disease that no pharma company wants to take on, a rare pediatric condition that has been around for a long time. Just taking the medication is not the answer, complex issues at hand for this disease. The senior indivudals who are here will recieve a large ballon payment...and you wil be unemployed. Job market is tight and lay-offs are beginning, good luck, be aggressive in your pursuit of a job that is worth your skill set.
 






I agree look now it is talking 4-6 month’s to find a job. If you think you will ride this wave until you get laid off - think again and be realistic l. Especially if you cant afford the $1000-$1500 a month cobra medical benefits that come after you leave
 


















Sounds like the perfect job...you know they are just jerking you around right. The product and the company are not worth anything at this point. Seen the advertisement for Amgen product on prime time. Can this company compete with that? Many companies have down sized recently. Difficult time if you wish to stay in sales in the pharm.

So you are requesting another layoff for people to resolve the lay-off issues?
 






I have been asked to interview with Radius but have concerns around a few posts. Would like input on values of company along with job security. Understand nothing is permanent in bio-tech but need job and the salary that was suggested is a good offer.
 






Wow- concern if you can see that there has been nothing but leadership turnover and layoffs since this drig launched and there are consultants working here new leaders and miserable employees waiting to get bonus paid to leave. There is no pipeline, there is no true market need for this product everything fizzled years ago. Me too product, male indication and nothing else no patch no growth opportunities. Unless you got laid off and have no where else to work there is no value added to your resume selling a primary care injectable osteoporosis drug. You will meet some orthopedic surgeons, most people Rxing are going to be using other products… The nitche is for old people-fun times! Not a meaningful career and the VP of sales has ruined morale, she insists on 5 day meetings and lots of useless time away from home blowing company money on meaningless crap. They don’t know how to run this company- the good people left years ago.
 






And the one leader that should have been gone a long time ago is still here, Bullying and intimidating HER team. It’s a disgrace that it’s allowed. I stay because I need my job and I continue to watch this transpire. I just don’t get it. Thank god I have a buffer between her and I. I feel for those who receive the wrath of this woman. People complain and nothing is done.
