Nice to know that while we have tremendous backorders and quality issues (we don't have aminosyn, liposyn, VIS IV, several standard pvc IVs, sets on backorder, no pumps, and way too many drugs on backorder to list) Lake Forest has made it's HIP number and at least those in management will also be getting bonus.
Sales Reps listen up - a couple of years ago we were told we would no longer be getting HIP because we can earn bonuses even though HIP was really the replacement for profit sharing.
We were told those inside get HIP because they don't get bonuses. We that was a lie. At least starting at the lowest level management paygrades they get HIP and bonus. My question is HOW is it that there is no product to sell but they still get HIP and Bonus.
