Anyone seen the 3rd quarter of the Mavs vs Spurs game 4? The refs killed the Mavs in the 3rd quarter with several phantom calls. It was beyond. And double standards on the foul calling.
Anybody who thinks the NBA operates on the up and up is living in fantasyland. But it's not fair just to single out the NBA. What about that big scandal a year or two ago when the NBA ref(s)? were caught wagering bets on the games? Now if the refs were doing it, what makes you think that the players are capable of doing the same? Gambling and athletics goes hand in hand. When I watched that Seahawk-Steeler superbowl game a few years back - I was never the same since and have never viewed pro sports with the same rose colored glasses. Hells bells - the stock market is rigged. Why not sports? Mexico's got nothing on us.
