My district was brutally honest and I can't imagine that there weren't several people that were upset about the meeting on spring break week, stupid and insulting costume night, and keeping everyone prisoner where they couldn't fly out till Friday Afternoon. Let's see what lies and twist they put on the "results" of the survey. I bet they say excellent rating.

Couldn’t agree more, many of us feel the same way. It’s been reported that the company has signed a multi year contract to return to this clown show. Not sure our voices really matter or mean anything. Best thing would be that no one dresses up for the “favorite show/movie/character/singer/band” event if it happens again, shows up for a free drink and quick bite and everyone leaves to do their own thing
 






Our team was totally honest as well about the meeting and content. Let’s hope its less days as there should be no reason we should be there longer than 3 days max. Everyone saw the agenda and it was just filled up with useless stuff and extended for theme parties and way longer than needed workshops that were 2hrs.
 






The meeting was a total waste. Seriously sad they decided to make Las Vegas the home for future national meetings. An absolute NO to ridiculous costume party. No one should feel forced to participate and it should not be district team themed. No one should have to get dressed up let alone have to pay for it which is ridiculous in of itself. Also no one should have to fly significant hours outside of work hours. It is just plain wrong. Just wait however when the survey results are unveiled. They will state they got an excellent rating.
 






This was a 2 day meeting tops. Forget the fluff, the costumes, and the redundancy. What are we children? No consideration was put forth for the employee at all and that was clearly evident. I was highly insulted and sat in most rooms thinking this is a huge waste of time and I'd rather be in front of customers. So much repeated and redundant. And then Friday? Don't get any of us started. Anyone with a decent distance home couldn't book their flight till the afternoon which then lead to all-night travel. This is thinking about the employee? NO

Agree on aspects. Senior leaders please listen to the field and make positive changes or what is happening on Derm and pulm side with people leaving will start to happen on allergy/ent side. It’s an easy fix instead of hiring and training new people to come into the organization.

Senior leaders—-just listen to the field. There’s the survey if we do anything about it…there’s a culture team that gets to speak up once a month. If you’re on the culture team, speak for us all. Talk about what can make this company even better. I know I’m being petty but two things immediately come to mind. We need to make higher IC when you 120% to go you that should be at least 20k payout. Increase PTO. We are at 18…with the addition of 3 days added this year—thank you for that, but we are still behind other biotech companies who start out with 4 weeks, 2 shut downs a year, and after 5 years a 4 week sabbatical period. Now, that’s an incentive to stay and want to due your part in helping the organization be a top notch Harvard or Yale place to be. Dupi billions can afford to provide us with some more work life balance.
 












You must not work here then because the amount of weekly calls that they have and even the panels that some of us are on are monthly. I’ve been with my dm who’s had sometimes 2 calls middle of the week that’s redundant. As far as more time off, i agree with OP—we are behind other biotech companies who offer 4 weeks start another week after 3-4yrs, summer and winter shut-down, and personal/sick time.

All the talk of expanding again, is going to drive some people away. Sanofi runs the show and it’s a complete circus every animal in the kingdom. I came here and started this gig and for those that’s been around 5+ yyrs know it’s not what it used to be.
