The only thing transparent in this process is that upper management does not even realize how much they are violating the credo.

We are responsible to our employees,
the men and women who work with us throughout the world. Everyone must be considered as an individual.
We must respect their dignity and recognize their merit. They must have a sense of security in their jobs. Compensation must be fair and adequate,
and working conditions clean, orderly and safe.
We must be mindful of ways to help our employees fulfill their family responsibilities.
Employees must feel free to make suggestions and complaints. There must be equal opportunity for employment, development and advancement for those qualified.
We must provide competent management,
and their actions must be just and ethical.
 






I understand the need for change, but this was not about getting lined up for the future- this is all about cleaning house. Good DMs let go after a 1 hour interview - their past record not even considered. A process for selecting reps that is HR driven that does take into account the reps specific history. Everything was forced into a 1-3-5 rating that is so vague that they dump whoever they want.
 






Nicely stated.
Given the fact that this is a new company, new culture, etc.....I'm sure the credo is being re written at some high level. Watch and listen closely in the upcoming months as things unravel at ESC and make sure you have a parachute.
Oh, and don't buy JNJ products of any sort!

I agree this process has been very difficult and that looking forward with limited information can be hard to see the longterm vision. I also agree that this has not been handled with the type of respect that we all deserve. I respect and appreciate the venting and complaining that is happening here on CP. There is a lot of things that are out of our control but the only thing we have 100% control over is our attitude. Trying to stay positive and focus on what we can control is really the only way I have been able to stay sane throughout the last few days. Am I working this week? NO. I cannot possibly surround myself with work as it drags me down and my customers will feel it. I strongly encourage EVERYONE to take the rest of the week off and hang out with your significant other or friends.
 


















I could not agree more with all the above posts. Well done. Well stated. The way they went about and handled everything was just wrong. No class at all. Bottom line is that they do not care about their employees at all. All they care about is their profits and they shit all over everyone...from employees to customers. They literally rape the customers with their over inflated prices. I am SO DONE with all this BS.
 






























Does anyone know when reps retained will get email ?

It sounds like we'll just sit by our phone Thursday morning and pray it doesn't ring...if you make it through without a call we'll probably get a meeting maker for an afternoon group call letting us know we have a job. Friday you find out what the job is
 


















After months of waiting, little to no info, comp. changes, etc. the day is almost here. Stressful, yes, but at the same time a relief, finally knowing what your future holds. Management has no idea how many lives they have put on hold, nor do they care. It's been a good run and for those that make it, best of luck. For those that don't, look at it as a blessing in disguise. Im sure tonight will be a night of little to no sleep for all of us, anxiously awaiting "the call" Thursday morning. Best of luck to everyone.

My schedule has been clear for the last 8 weeks. I've been in maybe 5 cases! Problem now is IF i am retained I have to go back in my accounts and they probably think I have quit since they have not seen my face.
