A number of people have positions locked/signed already, but with start dates at the end of the month due to said Firewall.

Its good for them, as the 18 month Kenvue accident is short enough to be covered over on the resume with a J&J job on either side. Perceptive interviewers are questioning why someone is still at Kenvue, it seems they know the good people have left and it is now being seen as a negative character trait by the industry, that requires some s'plaining....
