The answer is: Go to your manager AND HR and tell them in writing that is what you want. Make sure it is in writing that way there can be no retaliation. Thanks you. The "Insider'. God help us all .

How is it that Otsuka will integrate Avanir at the end of the year when we are still under a CIA?

The answer is: The CIA will go away when Avanir does.

The "insider" does not like to be insulted. Please be nice. APP will be transferring over to Otsuka since they already have a version of it. It may be called something different but it will be the same concept. The newest info I have is that only 14% of Avanir people will be going over to Otsuka and try and stay off PIP's.

Insider- Whats the criteria for 14%? Would it be strictly sales force? LTC and Specialty or just 1 category.

Our manager told us that APP will be paid out when we get our severance. Of course nothing in writing.

Everyone moving from Avanir to Otsuka will be LTC. There is no need for specialty.
