I don't know why some of you are stressing over the call times. Do what I do, if you are running late, make a call on a doctor that you know has moved, retired or died. To me they are some of the best customers when you really need that before 9 signature and after 430 signature. Don't worry about making sure the signatures match up, there is no one at home office to check on it anymore and I have been doing it for a year now. However I have it down to a science. I only work about 4 hours a day a couple times a week. Between this and my other pharma gig it can be overwhelming at times.
 
























Don't be upset because you have thought about doing what I do and you don't have the balls to act upon it. You think this company gives a shit about you? Tell me, did you agree with who was kept and who was let go the last round? I know of several people that should of stayed and several that should have left but that wasn't the case. Stop pretending that you are going to retire from this fake company and take advantage like I do.
 












It makes perfect sense. Do you really think TPG values our sales force at all? If it is true, that 20 scripts a week means your territory is profitable, how the hell is shitiva making money or how have they made money at all? Even with the cuts, most people I know aren't hitting their numbers worth a shit. Furthermore, some people that were killing it are screwed with their new call panels. I believe fake tells it like it is. RP must have dirt on a lot of players to keep this ship from sinking. Think about the expense accounts, fuel, hotel stays, etc from field sales, not all hotel stays but how the hell are we profitable?! I think inflated is better than fake .
 






so if not profitable what is keeping strativa afloat? just keeping the salesforce in place to launch a new product ? or simply milking every last script until TPG ultimately pulls the plug? TPG must have faith in strativas future otherwise it would have been shut down already

Ok, seriouly how long do you think this company can last selling 2 products that are declining in sales? Wake up people. We're going on 2 years since we gave back Oravig and Zuplenz, no wants to gives us a product. If they did we would have had it by now.
 












This is the problem with this company. Q4'12, most everyone in the field was riding high because most regions and individuals were killing it. The reason? Goals were set so low that you had to be an idiot not to hit them. However, as soon as goals are set to profitability, hardly anyone is at or above 100% for that matter. I don't know why our SVP of marketing has it job for that matter but he should stick to modeling in a Brook Brothers magazine and stay out of buisness. This is a guy who said at the NSM that he is basically the pilot for our target lists?! WTF!?!?!

ALso, no funds are put into formulary solutions, hell major pharma has entire departments setup to work formularies. What do we even have? That lame ass card that says the plans that we are on? Lol what a piece of shit. CVS Caremark "covered" do you dumbasses even know that CVS is a PBM and handles over 2000 individual health plans throughout the nation?!?!? So to say covered is asinine at best. What a joke of a company, an absolute joke.
