Thats a clinical stage organization without a sales force though. BMS has a huge CV sales force just selling Eliquis right now as well as a Pfizer alliance. Their reps will absorb the new drug and add it to their bag.
Also, only original employees and/or those with a large volume of shares would have made out if the company sold. The newbie crowd would have made nothing. Not to mention whoever bought it would have laid us all off.
