We are selling products that are old and been reconstituted (Lotemax is 25 years old and we have gimmicked it along) Think about it ,Is Lotemax SM that significantly better that Lotemax Gel for the money? is Vyzulta , Prolensa?? Alrex is old as shit along with Zylet. This company won't do anything to give pricing a chance to gain market share, They are broke and don't have the leadership to make the changes that are needed and they don't care.

The company is BRAGGING about almost reaching 6K scripts a week in the US . That is a fucking joke - Dumb ass do you you that Glaucoma is the biggest segment of the OPH disease state?
Vyzulta should be a 300-400 million dollar a year product if these upper management shit wipes had marketed and promoted it correctly . Coverage is a joke . The rest of these products while good are OLD as your simple mind. SM is over priced LOtemax Gel. People use this product for about a week after cataract surgery and is $ 70 vs $10 Gel really worth it to a 70 year old patient on a fixed income?

-is LSM better than Gel-YES, a multitude higher. It is now the #1 branded Steroid. Argument settled.
-Prolensa is the #1 NSAID and has been for years….you could combine all the other branded share and doesn’t even come close to Prolensa. Heck, Many territories beat the generics too. Also argument settled.
Alrex and Zylet are old products but branded competitors have arisen in the combo market so we still have our work cut out for us. Alrex is still doing great with no “on-label” competition.
Vyzulta is phenomenal—only issue is managed care and cost, but it has been getting better. Compared to Rocklatan cost/coverage we are in GREAT shape!! We don’t need the world, just a few more RXs to hit goal.

If and when Prolensa goes generic it makes no difference to me or the reps who sell it. Prolensa will no longer be promoted and we will no longer be paid on it and that's all I care about. Getting paid before these fuckers at B&L get sold off as a whole entity or in pieces is what awaits who is left from this absolute train wreck.
