This is his M.O. repeated at other companies. He cuts costs, lays off people without empathy, sells off assets once he has raided the cash reserves to maintain stock valuation as he cashes in his stock options. This pay raise is just an example of his lack of integrity and total disregard for the employees. And he calls himself a caring leader. This dude should run for Congress.
 








And he deserves it too! He allows me to work 2 to 3 hours a day with no problems! He can get a 168% raise for all I care, as long as I don't have to give up my 8 hour week!
