Who believes this is the last layoff and who believes this is step one of getting rid of most of the outside sales reps? I feel like it could be massive, with how secretive they've been. And the fact that everyone is like, never seen anything like this before (it's transformational!) while not elaborating to the common folks in the field what the hell that means. Can't believe this company is literally drowning in profits and cutting jobs at the same time. And they wonder why people aren't loyal to the company anymore...

The majority of Drs aren’t getting on virtual now, let alone with some random stranger calling. This model will flop, and then they’ll have to add face to face reps. But the damage will be done.No one knows what’s going to happen. Probably a 20 to 30% cut. And they’re going to need people to handover inquiries to SMEs. And unless the call center has the HCP’s cell number… Don’t see them getting on any virtual calls anytime soon.
