Many more. Companies are hiring again. Dendreon management will stand around twiddling thumbs while the reps leave. Management it too stupid to pay retention bonus's. They will PIP reps and then spend big $$$$$ trying to replace them; rather than keeping the top talent that is here.
 












I will tell you everyone I talk to is staying away from Dendreon reps. Just because you have prostate experience doesn't mean opportunities. Most know reps are incompetent and complainers.
 




































I hope that Peg stays. Only one of the 3 regionals knows their crap and that person is not a guy.

Peg is smart. She is simply not a leader. She is and has been in self preservation mode. She has been in the industry for a long time, she is a single income household, and she has been laid-off and unemployed a few times over the past decade. She only cares about herself. Her approach and the approach of her weak peers and spineless boss are a main ingredient as to why the culture of our company is terrible. People can blame Mitch, and hi management team, but the sales leaders VP and RDs included have added angst and discontent to the sales force through back-biting and lack of leadership.
 






Rob Rosen claimed to have working on Herceptin. Now, you know that is not true as Rob is no longer there.

When JD introduced himself to you, he told you all about his distinguished career at JnJ and Imclone. Correct? I am giong to bet that he did not include his 6-month stay at Abraxis. Has anyone asked him about this? Has anyone asked him why he was forced to leave?

I am not sure what is worse, lying about what you have done or withholding info on where you have been.
