Well how long does it take for a professional organization to come up with a fair payout structure? The answer is: Less than a week since it is not rocket science
Well how long does it take for Miraca to come up with a FAIR payout structure? The answer is: Forever and a day
Appears they feel they can delay a year long's payout structure summary to the field sales force as long as they like since they feel the sales force is stupid enough to put up with it.
Been here for a long time and I am giving this new organization the benefit of the doubt. No payout structure soon or one that is pathetic, I will have to seek a more fruitful endeavor. Feel like Clark Griswold from National Lampoons on Christmas when he gets stiffed. Maybe Miraca will come through afterall. Time will tell. I do not have a cousin Eddie to shake some sense into the decision makers, so let's hope for the best.
Provide the employees that bring in the business like I have year after year with some clarity and respect. This will solidify a sense of belonging and avoid high turnover rates. Or, you can be cheap, not pay the sales force fairly, say one thing and do another, and lose quality workers.
