The company of culture is gone. Turnover at an all time high. Astellas is a true dead man walking. Walking zombies at this point. The field is micromanaged, under paid, blamed for a drug launch that has just as many abandoned and rejected scripts than approved. Myrbetriq ATG less than 100% for a whole year and get laughable bonuses. The rep blame game is just losing talented reps that other companies will benefit from. The real question is why don’t they care about the turnover. New training classes full all the time??? Totally unheard of during a BILLION product launch.
