The end is near, so much for going public...

Endless lies over the years about going public and lying to reps about their stock options to purchase. What a joke - I hope Jeff gets fired from all this, the Swiss has little tolerance idiots.

Get over Jeff he's not your problem anymore....sorry he fired you.
We're led to believe all is the same with the acquisition. Really? If you are living under those rose colored glasses you will get what you deserve when grim comes. Might Q4 or Q1 2012.
Good luck to all

Did anyone purchase their shares before the aquisition?

Those of us who purchased their shares of stock and wrote a check to HR prior to the acquisition will receive around $10 per share of stock. HR has discouraged many employees from doing this by asking them if they are planning on leaving. HR has also told them there is NO NEED to purchase their shares as long as they are employed with the company. This creates a feeling of paranoia on the employees behalf and so they back down. Those that did not back down will receive compensation.

Your a nit-wit, the only benefit of purchasing your stock now is that you change your "cost basis" when you have to pay taxes on the sale.
