I have been with the organization for many years. The leadership here is sociopathic, simply incapable of telling the truth. If you remain with the organization, you run the risk of becoming one yourself, especially if you are in management. In good conscience, I can not recommend this organization to a new hire. Leadership here needs to change at the top. My recommendation is to fire everyone in leadership and start over. Better organizations with better people, better development, and better products exist in the industry. For new hires- run away from here as fast as you can.
 




Let's not forget schizophrenic. The directional changes go something like this: Go left. No, go right. No go straight. No backup. Faster, faster! Sit down. Stand up. Jump!!!, Lay down. Why are you laying down?! I said get to work. No time out of territory....do that on the weekend or in your car in a parking lot. Disregard that last email, we changed our mind. You are in a new region, new manager with new products. Hurry up and figure it out, and then we will change it as soon as you do. We will tell you how you will be paid after we pay you.
This is why everyone who stays at BI goes bat sh*t crazy!!
 




Fuck this place. It's useless. It's completely idiotic. Everyone above has already said it, BUT the problem is at the very top. Go to germany. See what they insist on, everyone else underneath is just trying to keep their crappy jobs and justify their existence. The reality is that this place is a complete crap show and Dr.s dont want nor need our products. We are the laughing stock of the industry. But make no mistake, it starts at the very top.Get the F out of this company asap. THE END....and STAY AWAY!

Add: Let's do a 6 month pilot...wait, never mind, 6 days is long enough to get the data we need from a pilot, right? Roll 'er out boys!
Well shit, that didn't work?!??!!
Every one points fingers at each other.
Better call the consultants!! They'll fix it.
We'll give everyone their own room at meetings, and send them a case of literature that will need to be destroyed in a week, that will keep them happy!!!

BI is an overstuffed clown car. My advise: Check your boxes, save some of your BI cash for the grand finale, enjoy a few free lunches, look busy and just play along. The only way I survive is to see it as my daily entertainment.

BI has always been the laughing stock of the industry. Reps are useless and the meds are a joke excerpt Spiriva. A Spiriva rep spends the day saying "Left you some Spiriva Doc". What a joke.
 












So happy to get layed off by these guys. You did me a favor. It's all been said above. They wake up on Monday am and roll the dice. "Let's try this this week". Stroke reduction matters! We have the antidote but let's not advertise. Unreal
