the company is now being run as if it were a generic pill manufacturer in India.

Dilip has made it clear, he is micro-managing every element of the US business. There is a complete lack of trust abd that will undermine any chance of success.

Culture tops strategy in terms of driving success. SUN has neither.

Sad. Because everyone came here to be part of something different.
 




Cry me a river, that's what you get for believing in the load of garbage that company was selling in the interview process. A branded generic product that has to be dosed twice as often -brilliant. let's see how many generic molecules you can slap together with that durasite. Just keep paying the consultants as long as you can cause once they start jumping ship you are truly SUNk. I hope the additional 8-10% increase in salary was worth it .

Lynch will hire a great team and do well as he has done in this space many times before. Fabbs is smart enough to let him do his thing. He will attract talent despite the fact there is no equity and a cheap benefits package. Sun should try to keep him here. I know personally he's being courted. If he leaves, Zoe and others will follow. Fabbs will put together a nice Derm company. Sun has the potential to become a presence in Derm. Now that Jesper is gone, let Fabbs make some decisions. Jesper was over his head.
 




FL hasn't done anything since he had to stop selling on the spread. And the Ferguson-Fabbs show is the definition of cluster F wrapped around a 3rd rate product late to a mature market. What talent has Fabbs attracted so far? Now you tell me I'm getting no equity, crap bennies and I need to be fluent in Hindi? No thanks
 




Fran Lynch will be the reason Sun has a major lawsuit.

He has said to numerous people he wants Reimbursement policy team to sell on positive margin and have the same reach and frequency as a sales team.

He is also the guy who bought Ping Golf sets for customers back in his old days at Schering.

Fabbs was a joke at JBI, but we loved having him as national sales director because you could so easily get over on him. I was one of the reps who played him like a fiddle. A lot of others did too. If he had talent he would have stayed at J&J. WHO LEAVES J&J? Only the losers.
