I agree, great comment. Unfortunately, many of us have been raising this concern for years to senior leadership and nothing has been done. They've been able to acknowledge the lack of data, but still they had continued to breathe down our backs.

The purpose of Values and Behaviors was to create a trail of info other than data to justify getting rid of you. The data is wrong, they know it is wrong, and if you want to, get an attorney. they have 150 attorneys and billions of dollars and would love to go to court instead of pay a severence

THEY KNOW IT'S WRONG- THEY CHOOSE NOT TO PURCHASE THE REAL DATA AND WE LOOSE SCRIPTS TO OTHER PLACES LIKE WALMART WHO DON'T REPORT. ESTIMATING WHAT THEY THINK WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IS ABSURD.

For those of you that were PIPd in the months prior on Values and Behaviors, NOW is the time to act! If you documented EVERYTHING you will be able to prove your DM and MD and whoever else is involved acted with malice and forethought. You are negotiating and EXIT anyway, so WHY stay? Might as well put a cherry on top of your severance? A rep I hear did it last year and is going to collect!
