I know someone who made it to presidents club and literally got 0 injections of Leqvio for a whole year. She only went because Leqvio is a group goal and she’s the Leqvio lead. I know someone else who was a pcp Leqvio lead and helped train a new hire and introduced her to all her offices. She then transferred to the CV side and yet the woman she trained made it to presidents club, but not the girl who busted her ass for months and trained the new hire. I know someone else who was on disability leave for literally 6 months and still made it to presidents club. This crap is unfair. Leqvio being a group goal and idiots like that girl mentioned about who didn’t even have one injection is going to presidents club. I hope they lay me off

Who cares about any awards in this business at any level. It’s always has, and always will be complete bullshit. It comes down to who is in the right situation at the right time. Don’t let anyone fool you or tell you any different. It’s a paycheck that you use to support your family.

Tell me about it. I have one of the highest volume entresto territories in the whole company. The Highest in my region. I am the entresto lead and made half bonus. Novartis makes 10's of millions of dollars off my territory every year and I can't even get my full bonus. What BS.

You must be relatively new to the industry. It’s called Big Pharma and it’s been this way for a very long time. The data is a flawed. If it’s your turn to win Presidents Club or any other award, humbly accept and move on. I suggest you look at other careers if you are young and view it as unfair. That’s the way it is sweetie pie!

I won PC and I didn’t deserve it…but I will take it! It separate from the rest of you losers out there. Combine this win with my unequaled ability to kiss ass, makes me almost untouchable. Now go make some calls on Monday and maybe you too can be a winner like me!

Look… Ive been here a long time. Win Pres Club every now and then. Like the other poster said. Everyone knows it’s a joke. The data flawed, you work just as hard the years you land in the bottom 50%. Pres club is all luck and being in the right circumstance at the right time. Better odds than playing the lottery.

Let's be clear. You did not win a goddamn thing. Your team did. You understand that, right? If you are PCP you also inherited 30% of the specialty business. That is what put you over the top.
Those half a dozen syringes you pulled through are cute, but it was the specialty business your manager got you that won you a trip.
Pack your suncreen, shut your mouth and quietly be grateful for the free vacation you never earned.
