THE CURRENT CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DENDREON IS MITCH GOLD

To those who continue to separate the actions of prior management and current management it is important to keep in mind that MITCH GOLD with everything he did to Dendreon employees, JP Morgan Clients and others who bought DNDN notes, and DNDN shareholders is currently being harbored by DNDN as its Chairman of the Board of Directors. Stockholders are paying his legal fees as Johnson and the board is allowing this to occur. Continuing to harbor Mitch Gold as the Chairman of the Board and have his legal fees paid for by his victims is just another disgusting reprehensible act by this company and its board.

Well aware that Mitch Gold will no longer be COB of June 30th.

Usually a company who removed the CEO and now believes he is under federal investigation would not let him continue as COB and let his victims pay his legal fees. Mitch Gold is named in the class actions and DNDN believes the federal investigations relate to the class actions that name Mitch Gold.

The fact that he will no longer be COB on June 30 does not minimize the depolorable disgusting behavior of having his victims pay his legal fees until June 30. That is what the post was about.

Just goes to show you that most every employee and former employee uses the word atrocities here. There is no better description for what happened here.

a·troc·i·ty (-trs-t)
n. pl. a·troc·i·ties
1. Appalling or atrocious condition, quality, or behavior; monstrousness.
2. An appalling or atrocious act, situation, or object, especially an act of unusual or illegal cruelty.

Good memorial day to you too. You should not get into the guy's personal life. Fantasies of how DNDN is a good investment and how honorable you think current management is would be better than crossing the line into personal lives. Thanks.
