Agree 100%!! Nobody is forcing anyone to work at Exact. You decide your own destiny.
Bottom line for me, (I am a rep that started in March of 2015, that moved during Covid), the company completely changed in 2018-19, and has been devolving ever since. It is an absolute travesty what has happened to this culture.
Started with the influx of Abbvie Big Pharma, heightened with the Pfizer Giant Pharma joke, (caveat: the Pfizer marketing power was a GAME CHANGER, their reps were absolutely clueless), and now being capped off by the GE assholes, who are the exact opposite of the culture at launch.
It is a really sad development.
Additionally: HR is complicit in this culture change. The biggest JOKE of an HR department in the industry.
