It just goes to show you what kind of company Bausch is. It is a country club. Management plays tennis and golf with their trophies while you scurry around making sure they get their drinks and Hors d'oeuvres.
If you want to play golf around here forget it. They will never let you on the green. If you want to play you will have to join a different club or play at a public course. The micromanagement that is so prevalent at B&L is part of the culture at this company. Only country club members can make any decisions Everyone else must be told how to run even the simplest task of their jobs. This place will not change.
