The company has gone metrics crazy and lost its way with S2S calls.

We have no need to use S2S sales calls. Offices are opened up again, but for some crazy reason they are shoving these virtual calls down our throats. You can't speak up or opt out of the BS for risk of loosing your job. We're now measured on multichannel marketing rather on sales. I really pray sales of Jardiance fall very flat with this new sales approach and they fire the entire sales leadership in the USA. And if this is coming from Germany they should fire the VP's over there with this bonehead way of marketing. It's alienating doctors and the reps. Virtual has its place when needed...but should never be forced on us. Very Short sited for an international company

Just like computer checkout at McDonalds to scanning our products at retail. WE ARE BEING PHASED OUT like those workers. What Pharma is conditioning the HCP to virtual and we are helping them with that transition. Then our #'s will be greatly decreased. Just being real.
 




They are slowly phasing us out. Think about we no longer carry combo products all of those have to be sample shipped. They’re getting the drs used to us drop shipping everything…in person reps will become a thing of the past and virtual reps are what will replace us

It will save a lot of gas money, and maybe even eliminate the need for a company car. RBS territories will be getting much bigger with the next realignment.

You also have to be willing to spam your customers with a mandatory number of Veeva approved emails. If the customers are not "unsubscribing" you are not reaching your metrics and you will not be awarded and recognized on all the weekly calls.

Totally wrong! A rep who doesn't hit S2S for 1 quarter goes on PIP. Miss it 2 Quarters and you can be terminated. The DM also gets in big trouble. Ask your manager, this was 100% in writing at managers meeting. Totally insane, what can you say.
A Rep at GSK was told she was doing too many S2S. The manager asked why needed when offices are opening back up. Gotta love BI!
