The trade group already got hit this morning. 2 people let go so far. Rumor that entire kam team will be gone later this morning and slight changes coming to the national accounts team but none of them will be displaced. Policy is safe no changes on that team.

Finally!!!! What a waste of space. They never produced ANY revenue and aside from 1 or 2 were not very sharp
That's cold. Most were good but we didn't have products that needed IDN coverage. Why didn't the person responsible for convincing the company we needed KAMs get cut. That's the real idiot. Clearly we don't have products that need representation at the IDN C suite level. Everyone knew that yet we still wasted money on such a dumb dumb position. Person who canvinced the company we should have KAMs should be fired!

Sales reps and dbls are next. Already seeing attrition in vivitrol support staff. All about hitting our numbers and achieving our gross to net. If sales don't improve in first quarter and we are not hitting our gross to net reps and dbls will be let go. Been selling aristada since launch and this place has changed. The above post is stupid. Vivitrol produces. The sales team has proven itself repeatedly is addiction . If there’s only one group that can rest easy tonight, it’s the vivitrol TBMs. .

Now psych side, that’s a different story. I’ve heard that they are going to eliminate any overlap so there will probably be a lot of the psych reps leaving the building soon.

EB didn’t have the ridiculous 2 ups at Sunovion or Otsuka. But he also didn’t have to deal with needle clogs and less expensive weight loss drugs that actually work. Compare the retail cost of Ozembic to Lybalvi then ask yourself why payors even allow this product. He also had plenty of experience with outside leadership so he must be cringing at the SRDs here. I would think everyone is on the block.

Lybalvi competes with ozempic? If you are promoting Lybalvi as a weight loss drug for the masses then you deserve to be cut.
