Oh Lord have mercy they are bad this year. Should not have a ranked team in the top 25...OK...maybe Northwestern...but that's it.

Buckeyes, as a 36 point favorite over Bama Birmingham, were outgained by almost 100 yards on Saturday....at home. The worst defense they have had in Columbus since maybe the days of Earle Bruce.

Thank God I have the Browns and Indians to root for. FML.

15 points was an anomaly. They gained just a hair under 500 yards. The best team in the Buckeye State by far and away is Ohio University. They would roll over the Bucks even if played in the shoe.

OU will be ranked soon and could end up in the top 10...running the table at 12-0 is a real possibility...probably a better possibility than Bama running the table.

It's still the gayeth fuckin thing out there come bowl season when the idiots scream "SEC, SEC, SEC".

But back to my thread. This collectively is one of the worst Big 10 conferences ever. The defenses are bad except for the Michigan teams and the conference has exactly zero quarterbacks with an ounce of abilty.

My bud LLB thinks the Bucks will win handily. Yes Sparty can't score even on doormats. But they are playing a team this week that easily has the most porous defense that they have played to date.

That big dude will run for 250 yards this weekend and unless the Buckeyes get a bunch of tournovers, this game will be an absolute blowout in Sparty's favor.

Last year Ohio State had a losing record. This year's team has less talent than that team.

Urbane can recruit and has already done so, The trophy will come back to Columbus in 2014. Book it.
