This company is a joke. Failed leadership, failed sales strategy.

We need more pharmacists. We need pharmacists that have never sold anything at all at any time in their life. And we need to place those pharmacists in sales roles. When it becomes obvious that they can't sell a thing, we promote them to lead a sales team and advise the sales team how to sell, even though they themselves haven't sold a thing.

This is the way.

If the goal is the create a positive culture why do the leaders need to lead by fear, threaten to fire and treat professionals like children ? Inspire and be the change , right ?

If you want to have an an inclusive culture - why are the “chosen” ones promoted , heard , and given equity ?

I don't think the goal is to create a positive cultural. More like, the beatings will continue until morale improves.

The morale is the lowest it has been and the culture…wait, what culture? The one of fear, negativity, borderline threats and discouraging attitude from the so-called team leaders?
Majority of the salesforce is planning an exit strategy.

End Stage...100 on 1 - Find one doctor and stalk them until there's a restraining order. If you get banned from the office, that's great. If you go to jail...even better.

How is the board continuing to give leadership the benefit of the doubt? Here's 6000 shares valued at $.25/share. If you stay for 3 years, this $1500 is ALL YOURS! Are we still doing the tortilla thing or are we building airplanes?

Here is the deal. Anyone can “cherry pick” a stock price from a random day and time and paint whatever kind of financial picture they want. We have a great product and excellent things happening in our market.
Please educate yourself and if you are having a bad day, go do something to help someone else instead of airing your grievances here. There is enough negativity in the world.

However, the OP didn't just cherry pick stock prices, they actually showed the trend over 4 years at the same time period, which shows a 40% reduction in value since launch. How you, "feel" doesn't matter. The stock price does, and right now, it isn't worth a lot.

Apparently flip charting is huge part of pharmacy school. You can't get your RPh without being well versed in flip charting. Having sales ability is not important, but flip charting is what keeps those tortillas in the air.
