The Regional is Sam and ALL of his managers are straight up CRAZY. Can't say management is 100% to blame, the drug is mostly the reason people are leaving in droves. You think two openings is bad, some district in the West have lost 5 on one team since San Antonio...can you blame them?
 






This manager may choose to lie at times and blames reps for her/his mistakes to make herself/himself look good in front of the RD. If you disagree with him/her, then the rep is wrong just for having his/her own opinion. This manager doesn’t take constructive criticism well at all. He/she doesn’t seem to know basic policies. He/she has also discriminated against employees and thinks it is funny.

KC should be fired for making jokes related to someone’s medical condition while the rep was on medical leave. Protected characteristic harassment right from the employee handbook.
 















A zebra doesn’t change its stripes. Never say never. Anything is possible these days. Exit surveys are sent out about 30 days after an employee leaves the company. You got mail!
 



Some managers lie and try to manipulate employees to do their bidding. Machiavellian tendencies. It’s interesting this one has the mind of a psychopath and thinks reps can’t see through it all. Best defense against a toxic manager is documentation and knowing policies.
