If this message is for Dean the EBD, couldn't agree more. He must pay attention to the DSMs as well as CBDs closely. Most of the DSMs have no talent, skills or even the job knowledge. They lack communication skiils, and forget about motivational skills. They know nothing about developing teams, coaching, mentoring, developing, and Motivating. They are only after pleasing the CBD, and catering to their own individual interests. To serve their own interest they are willing completely ignore the personal strengths of their reps and throw them under a bus without hesitation. I have hard time figuring this out - How The Hell They Became A DSM?
 




Ahh but their most developed talent is micro-managing. Also great at squashing any creative thinking and ensuring we all regurgitate the spiel that comes from marketing.
