Dear former District Manager SL....thank you so much for treating me unfairly and making sure I get downsized last January....I was hired by another company, and I make more and I got 40,000 severance from Novartis.....I also heard you were demoated to field rep....hahaha....I might make more than you now....I know this year I did....you deserve what you are getting!!

you idiot, former managers don't take a pay cut when they are demoted. They get paid exactly the same base. True, the bonus is less. But you also don't have to baby sit candy asses like you and life is much easier as a field rep.

Move on. It sounds like you are doing well. Be grateful.
