U.S. Big Pharma is just a big financier, regulatory specialist, and to a lessening extent, marketing expert basket of functions. The science isn't there, the medicine isn't there.

Just a hollow shell with a lot of suits inside a building, and a mammoth U.S. flag on top, whose goal is to do whatever it takes to make that 6% dividend payout to Wall Street.
