Message from Mike awarding us four extra floating holidays for 2016 was nothing more than a LIE. Why promise this then cancel it? Want to keep reps? You are NOT going about it the right way.
 






what? I have not heard a word about this from my manager or anybody! I heard that there were strings attached with the days, but still have not been given ant details on that rumor? Please explain in detail.

We were told because we didn't get the week off automatically, we would get 4floating days in exchange. Lots of us took our precious vacation days because of this-knowing we would basically get them back within a week. We would have worked, knowing no docs were in anyway. We took off only to find out the strings attached were you had to work it to get the days off. If you took vacation or sick days that week, too bad! Lots of us would have worked-now we are out those vacation days.
