I must give a sincere apology. Just got my Q2 bonus check of almost 2K after taxes deposited in my account. I was the one complaining about we all should have been paid for the large Q1 bonus (12K for me) we will never get paid. I did not expect to make anything for Q2 much less get paid for it, but thank GOD and Strativa because miracles do happen. I have not found a job yet and that money really has helped out my situation. THANK YOU FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING! My feelings for Strativa have greatly improved. OP here. Just one of the 113 reps laid off. I was greatful to get this unexpected suprise. I have not found a new job and I really needed the money. On the other hand, I REALLY could have used the 12K bonus I earned for Q1. Thank You for doing the right thing.

113? Only 87 were laid off with 113 remaining.
 












Give me a break...I have worked for other pharma companies and have never had a company not pay bonus or only a small portion of it. The right thing to do, was do what you said in the first place-pay based off performance!! I think this company hates too much good performance-means they actually have to fork over a buck!!

True but then you have sales reps who brag about not working scamming the company etc

Bottom line is that strativa was running welfare for the work force for far too long and those days are finally over lets hope
