Top 10% in the nation for Praluent. No Winners Circle. No trip because my district is not #1 or 2. At least I can put it on my resume and go somewhere that I can be rewarded. Worst launch IC Plan in history
DR is one of the most inspiring and motivational leaders ever. We are so fortunate to be working with such a leader. He can't do anything about the stock but he definitely selects the finest leaders and empowers them to create an environment of trust, success and profits. His IC plan is driven by Sanofi. Let's give the guy a break as he is leading all current and future divisions. DR is a guy who is humble and strong...makes you want to bust through a wall for him to succeed.
So DR is a great guy and a fine leader. Most of us would agree.
But at the end of the day, we need to have a reasonable chance to make decent bonus dollars.
If Sanofi is running the show in this area that is really scary.
You can count on a lot of turnover going forward.
Truth be told maybe he was an ok leader for the Eylea franchise but he is spread thin and a high control individual who trusts no one and hires yes men (no women) as his direct leaders. The guy is out of touch and is a poor communicator. Praluent is a great drug but the launch is a failure and the IC is part of the blame. The overall strategy has been reactive to the competition instead of proactive. The competition is winning and the sales leadership should be held accountable at the very top which includes DR.

Great job reading your bullshit talking points yesterday. You are disengaged, spread thin and a piss poor leader. We all thought we joined an innovative science company and now we are just good at cheating off other science and research organizations. Hell, we even stole those 5 pillars of culture from someone else because we sure as hell don't follow any of them. You hired a hospital team that has been dissolved and redeployed. You hired moronic leaders who are from organizations that we profess that we don't want to be like. You don't give a rat's ass about anyone but your ego and bank account. Can you do anything right? Stop being a finger pointer and look in the mirror. With the stock falling and the company 2 for 2 on patent infringements what confidence can we have in this company's leadership? The arrogance of the senior leadership and human resource department will not do anything in the way of keeping and attracting top talent. The time for honoring yourself will soon come to an end. Bad Hub, terrible alliance partnership, Bernie Sanders approach to evaluations, poor work life balance, let's make a deal inconsistencies with home office requirements, no RSU's, no ESPP, cheap on compensation...WTF?! Wake up and start caring about your employees and culture. The culture is toxic and chaotic. Never seen anything like it.

He is detached and waiting for a package. He is hurting the commercial team but BT and Len don't see it because he does a great job of taking credit for successes and deflecting accountability for his multiple failures.
