The thing about writing (speaking as well), we all have a style. This post is from a disgruntled x-employee that post almost daily on many threads as well as starts new ones. Castle is not hiring presently so you wouldn't get an interview anyway. Also, anyone looking into a company that found info to sway them against it would simply move on & not feel the need to post with such conviction about a company they don't have any connection to. SMH!

That's funny because I looked on Indeed and saw quite a few sales positions available.
 








I seriously doubt Castle will miss anyone who would let an anonymous "b!tch board" filled with childish name calling & personal attacks make their decision for employment. If people really made their decisions based on anonymous post, no one would work for any company on cafepharma.

But if they knew of the extremely high turnover, lack of expense reimbursement, disappearing commissions, unattainable goals, HC1, inexperienced leadership, no training and lack of coverAge for reimbursement....I'm sure they'd make a more informed decision
 








You are right. If this was just a "bitch" board then that would be true. There is also a lot of negative posts on all the boards. If you are in the medical/pharmaceutical industry you know that the great companies usually do not have a lot of information on here. The company I am currently working for is huge company and the employees are very happy. There is barely a mention of them on this website. What this does do is help us come together and share our experiences and support one another. We do not expect change to come from an anonymous board. We are not that naive.

computer monitor up all day on CP....
FYI...Most reps in the medical industry view this site as well as many others when they
are going to interview or send resumes...It's all part of the process to decide which company is the best fit for you.......If you had any medical experience you would know
that Robbie.....Check your ego at the door...........
 
















Did you read the description on the Divisional Manager job. At the bottom is says you must work as a territory manager first to prove yourself. How is that a management position?
