Thanks for what, laying off so many positions and leaving the rest of us to pick up the load? BDC are a bunch of sneaky, lying folks. Nef and her bull about positions impacted/eliminated is just that, bull. Several of those gone were very close to retirement age, hmmmm, how convenient, yet those jobs are now filled by others, with less time and or younger in years! Shame shame Bayer!!! Wish those who are gone all the best! My search to get the heck out of here cannot happen soon enough, so consider yourselves lucky you went now!
Yes. Thanks for hiring a bunch of 'tards starting with TG who drove the business back to the "back of the bus". CB played it's role but the mismanagement of the business by highly unqualified clueless leaders is the real reason why we fell apart. It smells of ass at Bayer from all the ass kissing that has occurred lately. Pure concentrated ASS. Good luck to my fellow co-workers. That you find a new path that will bring you happiness.

Thanks for laying me off! Glad to be done with the uncertainty of the business. I feel sad for those who remain. Had some good years, but last 6+ were not at all. To witness the downward spiral of what was once a good organization was not easy and upper management is completely to blame for poor choices in hiring. It began with TG/SF and unfortunately has never recovered. Feel fortunate to take my package and run!!! Thanks BDC, weight off my shoulders and new chapter to begin! Best of luck to those now searching for new careers and what can I say to those who remain? Get the hell out suckers!

well if we would have all "run our territories like a business" or spent more time developing our "Core Competencies" this would have NEVER happened! Face it, horrible management from Katz to Nef (and most all in between and down) ran this cash cow into the ground. P-club members, tons of tenure, top performing reps.. that means nothing. It's more important to keep the a-kissers at bayer. There are much better opportunities out there. I'm just glad that I do not have to wake up in the morning, work all day and then wonder if I am going to get a call from Sherry telling me that my years of top performing is no longer needed. I've already heard the rumblings from my biggest accounts and they are pissed! GOOD LUCK!
I'm in whc and we didn't even know of your downsizing. ... we are also being managed into the ground. Good luck out there. I can't imagine it gets any worse corporately than this company. I havnt ever seen anything like this. You will land on ur feet.... knock em dead.
I am also in WHC, as an organization Bayer seems to isolate us from each other. Best of luck, we are right behind you. Sorry to hear what you are going through.
Bayer is the most evil company on earth. The diabetes division management is a DISGRACE. They are corrupt, breaking the law, focused on CASH!!!! and pathetic. The WORST employees that break the law are promoted and as such, it is the most toxic nasty place to work. .
Pretty sure we sold off the diabetes division years ago there Sparky.
They moved him down to the basement and cut off his paycheck, he just hasn't realized yet...
