Yes it is great. Resp spec reps will be helping you for no additional pay or incentive because the elite bio reps can’t get it done. We weren’t good enough for the positions but now they come running....and want it for free.

This is exactly how they will spin it. Some questions to ask.....

1) Why RST? The PCP reps that have respiratory responsibilities makes much more sense since they are the ones that call predominately on PCP's.

2) "If" a PCP refers to specialist, so what? how can you track that back to what the RST/PCP rep caused?

3) What if specialist does testing and ends up using something else? Not RST/PCP reps fault.

4) If usage of F increases due to higher referrals, we all know the specialty rep will take credit. How will credit be determined?

5) at the end of the day, how will RST/PCP rep be compensated?

funny how unless you fit a diversity definition “they” didn’t want to even talk to you about the biologic positions when they were filling DSM & PSS slots unless you came w/ biologic experience. Now these same people are coming to the same people that were ignored wanting our help. Good luck with that Tosh and Dom and everyone else that had a say in that decision.

this! How nice of AZ - RST reps weren't good enough to even get interviews for the bio positions, but NOW they suddenly need us to help promote this product....for Free!? unreal. I have never seen leadership have a lower emotional IQ. No consideration for organizational culture.

sure....when they pay the rst reps the same bloated salary and bonus plan that they're paying the bss reps - - who they all hire from other companies ...then ask rst team to do their work for them for free. HA!
