Brian really hit a grand slam in finding Richard Smith to lead us through the transition of the Adbry launch. He has immediately improved our pay / bonus structure while snuffing out all the old candles like Alan B, Eddie D, and Amanda R. Richard also eliminated 3 of the more unqualified RBDs while dramatically improving the morale of the company. It’s truly a blessing hearing his voice and pronounced leadership skills on our Teams Meetings. We are lucky to have him and even more fortunate to be selling Adbry and getting compensated so handsomely. Here is to an outstanding 2023 to my Leo Comrades!!!

I agree with the Richard Smith hire. He’s been no bullshit and encouraging to the sales force. The customer facing meeting was phenomenal. I was pleasantly surprised. I wouldn’t want anyone else in there. Also agree with getting rid of the drama right when he came in. The only thing I don’t agree with is the statement about “under qualified RBDs”… SP wanted her new position and is so happy being Richards Chief of staff and JS got way more money and a director title in marketing. They both were also top 3 RBDs last year. Looks like everyone is happy where they landed. But totally agree with everything else you said! Richard knows his shit and it’s the bonus checks have definitely been so much better too.
 






Actually, regarding RBDs, it was MM, VP, and SP that landed in the top 3, but totally understand your point, JS got a huge raise and I am sure she is very happy in her new role. I believe the last RBD that was moved to another position finished somewhere near the bottom. Regardless, it’s great to finally have leadership that can see through the BS and deliver results. We are going to need leadership like his for our IPO which is certain to make us all some real coin. Looking forward to my Q2 bonus and continued success with this launch. I heard Lebri was delayed. All the better for us!
 






Richard S was clearly the leader that we needed. The bonus checks have never been better and I can even tell that my RBD has been coached up since Richard’s involvement in people development. It is truly a night and day situation since our failed former leadership exited stage left. It has been wonderful seeing internal employees getting well deserved promotions as opposed to always having to reach outside the company. It is great to be at such as aspiring organization that is truly setting the benchmark.

Two of the three transplanted RBDs may have received perceived promotions, but GG certainly got put into a position in which he will never make it back to an RBD job, nor did he receive a huge raise. Just ask G yourself if he was given an option to stay as an RBD as opposed to being forced into his current silo. Patty and Richard had the chance to pick him over VP and they chose not to. Nor did they give him a choice. His performance and HR issues dictated his placement. And for that, I congratulate Richard for sifting thru the BS that was known as the old Leo politics. Our new shareholders need performance, not the buddy system. Just look at how bad his former team is doing now.
 






No doubt. G Golden was basically a ghost our our national meeting. Too bad Eddie and Gary were not there to boost his confidence and support him. It is quite perplexing Leo bothered to keep him around after the egg he laid with the Adbry launch.
 






No kidding! That derelict Gerald G hired a team that totally bombed out the launch and finished at the bottom of the ranking and somehow he got promoted to a remote training position? Makes no sense to me. I guess it lays to be ranked last?
