true but the pay is good...coming from Genentech I was told they could go as high as 200k base (currently at 187kand kept job in ecosystem). Equity package is supposed to be north of 200k but vest in 5 years.

It really doesn’t matter if the company is realistic on the market and the demand. It is all relative. Many of us who are applying are at K-Pharm. First in class unique MOA...with an unrealistic CEO who thinks the market potential is far bigger than it is. So long as the Execs at TG understand the space they are entering it should be ok. Especially with the strong comp plan. Worth taking a look.

While I don’t disagree, K-Pharm’s CEO and his wife ‘discovered’ the drug so they are emotionally tied to it which makes them even less objective.
