FF very weak leader and a complete mess. Ran Galderma - result 1/3 of the US sales force laid off. His magic is coming to our company and you can already see what a mess he is. Surrounds himself with yes men, if they do not agree with him they are gone and if things go wrong he will blame them and fire them anyway even if they carried out his orders. . complete mess.

The S&N way of doing things all summed up. Not just your division. Want better example just look at Sports Med. Bunch of yes people doing the bidding for very weak leaders. Dare to disagree with their way of doing things...you're done!

FF will drive this thing into the ground and he is so weak and basically a coward. Already started cleaning house and the guy takes zero accountability for his inept leadership and poor business decisions. Epic year in 2015 ? - don't think so. We are already seeing a lot of the cracks and his pharma mentality actually did not work at his previous company - simply Google the guy. His pharma mentality will certainly not work at our business model either. Many of us came here to get rid of the reach and frequency nonsense and this is one of the few things in a very limited guys playbook. Big mistake hiring a clown such as this. Give it 12 - 18 months and we will be proven to be correct unfortunately.

Destined for success At Smith & F&U!

This model is proven and is being implemented for long term growth of the key branded products. Resources are being allocated where there is the largest market potential. This is a very synergistic approach to regain commercial leadership. I encourage you to embrace the process.

Probably to try and weed out you clowns

The type of inept responses as the one above amazes me. So the 31 people that were laid off last week, including managers were all clowns that couldn't get the job done? interesting tidbit of information. Thank you for the clarification as I had no idea the top two reps in the company last year were clowns. SNN Wound Management is not built, nor will a pharmaceutical quantity over quality work. NPWT is built on relationships and trust...not a one call close. This might work for the new face of SNN, Santyl, but will fail miserably with PICO and traditional (if they get it back). BA couldn't be more of a bipolar douche canoe with no clear objective other than raising price on OASIS every year to give the illusion of it being a money maker. When is the last time OASIS actually gained market share?

The Hindenburg is on it final approach ladies and gentleman...
