So let me get this straight.....An ARD rep is transferring to a new division. He currenlty has high volume. So instead of interviewing and replacing him with the best candidate what does MNK do? They give the position to his wife. They hire her from another company. How is this ethical? Where is our great HR department? Nate? Ed?

What exactly does high volume mean?

You really have to question the lack
of ethics here? It's the same lack of ethics that create that "high volume" telling a doctor to prescribe a duration of therapy that mirrors the rep's bonus plan vs. the duration that is what the patient may need. Obviously, they are trying to keep "the secret" within the fam. You really have to question this?

So true. They preach compliance and always doing the right thing. Meanwhile, the bonus plan and their rules are all in place to make functioning within compliance and still performing almost impossible

Total disgrace. We don't have ethics

Good point. This is why they are hiring spouse so that she will not tell off on him for his promotional practices with physicians. I guess this will be the norm for high volume territories going forward.
