TEVA is coming

Anyone who thinks this is no big deal is as crazy as Joe Z and Bill. We are toast. We are not a establish player in the market and we will not be able to sell against a generic Lovaza. We need to all jump ship before it sinks.

The ship is already sunk, how do you think we ended up with so much fish oil to sell?

you pussy. you sound more like GSK to me. read the data

Wake up, skippy. This is Fish Oil, not real medicine. The minute generics hit the market, the game is over. You would need head to head trials showing a superior clinical outcome (lower rate of heart disease, etc.) for a payor not to go with a generic as the preferred product. Every product in the category is toast.

Teva? They don't even have a ANDA approved. And by the way, why is another generic a problem? We have been competing against generic fenofibrates and in a generic market for a long time.

Are you really that stupid? Teva doesn't have an approval because they were blocked by a patent. That patent was just overturned this last week. The FDA will now finish the review and is likely to approve a generic to Lovaza in the next few months. As to your other point, fenofibrates are not fish oil. Once a generic Lovaza is approved, payors will consider them to be the same. I hate generics and wish it was not the case, but this is reality.
