Best profits ever with demonstrating strong growth, diagnostic test, antibody test. Actemra, tPA. Oh but Genentech/Roche is laying a ton of people off despite company saying they aren’t laying people off. Sorry to the people that were already let go, we can’t help you but 30 days. You will lose your health insurance mid May despite a pandemic where people are dying.

What happened to patient first and agility. Your employees are patients too.

Old Genentech (Art and Ian) wouldn't let 70% of their field force face a pandemic with no health insurance.

This Genentech (Alexander and Bill) could care less. As their actions show. Sad and pathetic. Makes me sick to be part of this company.

The people who helped build the company and those profits for all those years get kicked out with no health insurance goes against the grain of everything the old Genentech stood for
 






The scientists built this company with amazing drugs!

Tired of these old DNA self-absorbed, entitled, sales reps. Think they did something by sleeping-in late and then starting/ending their day with a lunch after showing up in their fancy European sports cars.

Fact is that customers hate most reps, they bring almost zero value with very little ROI.

Genentech is just the first to eliminate these cushy, expensive positions and focus where the value and talent exists.

Reps should just leave, be grateful to have milked this Ponzi scheme deal as long as they did!
