The territory size makes nervous, very much against the norm. I can see 2 years down the road - positions (people) eliminated and territory size increased

My thoughts exactly, although not 2 years in maybe 1. Not to mention with a territory that small and having to make 10 calls a day (because that's what KK will demand), your doctors are going to get real sick of seeing you real fast. It won't be about quality only quantity and signatures how many did you get a day.

God I hope not, the territories need to be twice the size. Some states only need one rep where they are getting three or more! There won't be enough clinical docs to call on to make 8-10 quality calls a day.

No shit sherlock, not all ODs treat. Many don't many are just fine with tears and plugs. Still aren't big enough.
