I've been saying since February that we can not get enough business to justify the increase in sales reps that we did. Then, one of our managers came on here and was saying business is booming!! I said back then, within 3 to 5 months we'll be cutting back.

Welcome to the party. Consolidations already happening. Detroit Region is dissolving the Fort Wayne territory as we speak. Standing order is to not fill vacancies and any new hire training has been pushed back to August.
