Such a long list yet you manage to stay. Hmmmm.Company Culture:
- Just look at the titles of the posts on this board
- People being replaced with Indian call centers
- HR is non functional.
- A crooked general counsel.
- A ceo that recently entered into a inside trading settlement agreement.
- The owner of the company that calls himself a reluctant billionaire.
- People taking craps in the lot at HO
- Now we have people pissing all over the bathroom floors at HO
- Rogue reps (it’s like the good ol days here)
- People getting fired for taking sick leave (even a cancer patient wtf).
- Quality issues with products.
- Mounting criminal and civil issues
- Sexual harassment issues

14. RSM harassment
15. Dysfunctional Hub/FRM leader not holding FRMs to be in field doing pull through and costing scripts
16. More samples given away than scripts
17. All new RSMs that are very green and majority of them were interviewing to leave but now stay for $$ but keep looking
18. Salary discrepancies through the roof
19. Rampant favoritism for certain TMs/territories
20. Leadership not listening to field sales team, not the kiss ass/yes types but the ones that put truth out there in hopes for change.
*And #10 yes they’ll fire you when you come back!!
#14 TRUTH!!! More HR complaints about her and nothing done. Already had 3 people leave. Belittle & berate is not the way to lead!
And #20...that’s the RSMs blocking certain TMs from speaking so 14 & 20 go together!
