Help me out here - what is the going rate for Team 2 territory manager (internal Med) role? I’ve been in pharma for 7 years with documented success.

No way 150k. That’s at the cap for a PHR. A few of us are capped out after a very long time in the field.
So what’s your best guesstimate range realistically for 7 years experience new hire? Thanks in advance.
