We are in high demand. People have been leaving slowly for 190-210k bases and a similar bonus. Most are sticking around for the final hoorah since the bonus is not changing for the first 3/4 of the year. Amgen reps are not getting those calls for comparable jobs. We are getting hit up every couple of weeks at a minimum.
So you could do what I do, but no one seems willing to take a chance to hire you. Stick with what you know: orals and injectables with formulary-driven results. It's not a bad job, and it still pays okay. Leave infusion and rare disease to people who know what they are doing.
